The flavor of this one is outstanding. If you know anybody trying to quit crystal light or mio, I'd point them this direction. Not too sweet or tart. It's just right. These electrolyte powders are so tasty that they're my something to drink with flavor outside of my morning cup of coffee. This and the watermelon are just so good.

I've been using this powder during and after workouts. I used to suffer from cramps post workout and now they have just about disappeared. I prefer the taste of the raspberry versus the Lime which I found too sharp but overall this has been made a big difference to my recovery and definitely has stopped my painful cramps.
